Abstract
A cell is a basic building block of living beings. The knowledge about how a cell functions can be a very good source of inspiration for computer science to explore the origin of intelligence and rational behaviours. In this paper, we propose a simulator which supports artificial cell simulation based on artificial chemistry. The simulator can be used to investigate how artificial molecules and artificial reactions can be designed to enable cells to solve problems.
