Abstract

This research paper reviews the dect restructuring instruments adopted by the companies, which were referred to the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee ("CDRC"). The financial performances of these companies following the completion of the debt restructuring exercises are also analysed based on the key financial ratios and share market performance.
