Abstract

On 9 June 2016, our professor from Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ong Duu Sheng was invited to speak at Policy Forum on ‘Higher education quality and employability: How can Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) contribute?’ at Xiamen, Fujian, China.As one of the panelists at the first session, Theme 1 : 'Internal quality assurance: Setting the scene internationally', he shared his insight on the development of IQA at MMU since its inception, 20 years ago. He pointed out that, MMU's efforts in IQA was really the prime factor of university's success and the invitation of MQA self-accreditation last year, was a recognition of our IQA development.
