In this research project, I would like to determine the factors that influenced the employees’ job engagement. The dependent variable of this research project is employees’ job engagement whereas independent variables are organizational culture, leadership behavior, work-life balance, rewards and recognitions, and involvement and participation. After determining the variable, literature review of each variable is explained clearly in Chapter Two. The process of collecting information regarding this research project is stated in Chapter Three. Besides that, the main purpose of this research project is hypothesis testing. Five hypotheses are developed in order to examine their relationship. In order to examine the relationship, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 21 is used for data analysis. The result and interpretation is shown in Chapter Four. The conclusion of this research project is explained in Chapter Five.
