Abstract

This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial and strategic intentions of owner managers on organizational performance in Gooshtiran Company (producer of sausages, ham and meat products). The methods that were used in this research consist of the study of documents (books, dissertations, local and external articles, note taking and surfing the Internet), and also field observation and descriptive and analytical survey. Inventory research questions were raised in two categories of organizational performance (Patterson, 2008) and entrepreneurial questions. The study was conducted at the level of directors and the staff. The population of the research consisted of 15 executive managers in addition to 2100 of the employees in Gooshtiran Company.
