Abstract
This study intended to identify factors of intention to use online education to remain competitive. Other than that, it also aim to apply unified view a model named UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) has been employed in this study. The results help the institutions in seeking to improve their attractiveness as education service providers in taking a more integrated view of the needs and wants of the online education market.
