Abstract

The intention of this study is to elucidate the fact that,the effect knowledge creation mechanism in processes of quality in general and particularly Six Sigma and continuous improvement process. The main objective of this case study is to study the role of six sigma programs and also continuous improvement via the activities related to knowledge and the interaction which is exist in knowledge.
