Abstract
This paper examines factors influencing CEO turnover and also impact of CEO turnover on firm performance in Malaysian firms. Evidence is provided using several measures of executive turnover and corporate performance.The results are consistent with the results of scholars about the relationship between CEO age and CEO turnovers and also,the relationship between CEO turnover and firm performance
