Abstract

This thesis\'s objective is to use ergonomic concepts and architectural design technology to improve low-cost housing policies, standards and guidelines. The research thesis examined current Malaysian low-cost housing policy, user requirements, buildings designs and materials, construction methods and Management Corporation\'s responsibility. This prevalent problems and issues as described above were fully explored in this thesis.
