Abstract
Badminton is an enjoyable and stimulating sport suitable for all ages. Playing badminton reduces anxiety, depression, and stress. Badminton has even become a sport that unites citizens of diverse races and religions. The badminton court holds significant importance as a venue for badminton sport to be carried on. Managing a badminton court facility can be challenging. The admin has no reminder to ensure the court is used on time, especially when the allotted playing time ends. Most systems are built without the security feature of protecting the customers' data. Besides, effective reporting is critical for business insight, but manual data collection slows down the data analysis process in overseeing and forecasting sales data and court usage. In this paper, we aim to develop a badminton court management system that provides automated notifications to the admin as a customer's playing time approaches completion. Hashing is also implemented as a security layer to protect the customer's data, thus reducing the risk of data breaches. The proposed system also provides a comprehensive view of the facility's financial performance by generating weekly and monthly reports in the form of eye-catching bar charts or histograms, giving admin a better understanding of revenue patterns and enabling them to make decisions to maximize the facility's financial performance. The proposed system is able to improve security measures, streamline operational processes, fostering long-term customer loyalty and business success.
