On the other hand, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal and Transformational Leadership do not have significant influence on Employee Performance; and Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal and Employee Performance This research contributes to identifying operative predictors that will significantly contribute towards the increase of Employee Performance among academics at Private Higher Education Institutions. This research also made a valuable contribution in the advancement of human resource management science, especially in the field of Human Resource Practices, Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction and suggested avenues for further investigation into the underlying mechanisms that drive this relationship.
