Abstract

Prior research has shown that road marker classification using contour features has high accuracy in clear or dry weather conditions. We extend it for rainy conditions and found that by marking the contour availability to Yes/No in the smaller regions of interest and looking for a unique combination of two groups we can get very promising accuracy of classification performance.
