Abstract

Buyers usually go through a long and exhaustive process in finding their target property. They either get the professional recommendation of different property agents, visit different property websites, and also look through property advertisements in various newspapers or brochures that they get from property road shows or exhibitions, before they visit the actual or show unit available. This research focuses on analyzing the behavior of potential property buyers in Kuala Lumpur, limited to property in the form of a house. According to the preference of the user, we recommend a suitable property that suits the buyer’s income, commitment, and other criteria.
