Abstract
The Smart Mailbox is a mailbox integrated with Piezoelectric sensors, it notifies the user whenever a courier man places a parcel into the mailbox. This allows the user to receive parcels while being acknowledged that the parcel has been delivered even when the user is not in. The idea sparks from the norm of online shopping and the rise of Covid-19. Being simple to use and reliable, the smart mailbox solved the problem of having to be in sync with the schedule of the courier service delivery time. As a working individual of the society, there will be times where being out from home during weekdays, this has led to parcels failing to deliver notices and stolen parcel incidents. Even though there are existing solutions provided by multiple parties, each of the solutions has its limitations
