Abstract

The holding company is an organization which does not produce goods or services on its own but acquire shares of different companies. The importance of this study is to understand how executive management provides wise leadership and guidance to make sure that the holding companies succeed and continues in the business environment in the long-term. Moreover, to understand how executive management needs to be able to find solutions for the problems in corporations to improve the performance of organizations. The executive management of the holding companies in Saudi Arabia is centralized in most companies. It follows the policy of one-man show the only one person released all the decisions and this case applied especially in family ownership companies, without considering the competent people in the different sectors of the company. Purpose - To examine how managerial characteristics could elevate perform of the organization with exist efficient executive management in order to lead to raise perform holding companies.
