Abstract
The objective of this study are to provide an analysis of constructive dismissal cases and to explore several practical issues involving claims of constructive dismissal. This paper then explores on the gist of the subject in particular the basic test and purpose behind constructive dismissal based on the ruling of the apex courts of Malaysia.
