Multimedia University, (2017) FOM Lecturer Receives CMA Global Recognition. Newsflash MMU.

Abstract

On 2nd June 2017, our Faculty of Management (FOM) lecturer, Dr Ridzwan Bakar notched another milestone for MMU when he was officially named a Fellow of Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) Australia. Giving away the award was Prof. Brenden O’Connell, CMA Global President, with Prof. Datuk Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq, the MMU President, witnessing. Also present was Prof. Dr. Janek Ratnatunga (CEO of CMA), Prof. Dr. Hishamuddin Ismail (Vice President of Academic & Internalisation, MMU) and Prof. Dr. Saravanan (Director GSM, MMU). The brief but meaningful ceremony took place at MMU’s Chancellery. Reserved for the highest ranked members of CMA Global, the fellowship is awarded to those who have shown integrity, vast corporate experience, outstanding work in the profession and contributed to CMA development in their respective regions.
