Abstract

Bachelor of Communication (Hons.) (Strategic Communication), the first bachelor degree programme under the new Faculty of Applied Communication (FAC) is already showing its readiness to the industry. A team of four students from the programme, won the fifth place at Alliance Bank Eco-Biz Dream Project ("the Dream Project"), announced at the Closing and Prize Giving Ceremony on 21 February recently. Team Patriot, consisting of Adibah Mahirah Yusoff, Nur Eeeinsyeirah Effendy, Maizura Zulkifli and Afiah Nasuha Norazlan was announced as one of five best teams out of 236 submissions nationwide. They brought home a trophy and cash prize RM1,000. The Dean of FAC, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Madhubala Bava Harji also attended the prize giving ceremony at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
