Abstract

This paper intend to seek the role information system quality may play in work life balance among Malaysian ICT employees. The findings of this study will be helpful in fostering new tools and technologies that are driven by ISQ dimensions primarily information system quality which can be useful to formulate recommendations to the ICT sector on issues pertaining on sustainable development/policy formulation with reference to achieving a good work life balance.
