Abstract

In this model learning contents categorized by the cognitive level of learning and also based on the level of Intelligence to enable the use of proper contents based on different preferred learner intelligence. This research use OWL ontology and LOM to build a network of contents with several relations between contents as pre, post and similar content, based on some LOM property’s value to make navigation through the contents easier. A prototype developed in Java with the Jena framework to present the data model and provide an e-learning system based on the offered data model. This research provide the learning content for learning Java programming for testing and used the TAM model to evaluate the system. Based on the user testing, it showed that adopting contents with Objective and Intelligence properties can be easy to use and useful for tutors and students to deliver the proper contents based on their suitable Intelligence type and learning objective.
