Abstract

Using a case methodology, this study explores the impact of corporate culture on knowledge management implementation. The key objective of this study is to explore the reasons behind the divergence that exists between proposed KM framework and actual KM implementation in a Malaysian conglomerate. The premise of this research is based on the notion that the effective implementation of a KM strategy is dependent on its unique corporate culture.
