Abstract
China now is the world\'s largest mobile communications market. This thesis intends to fulfill a case study in respect of how to analyze telecommunication operators\' competitiveness from a microcosmic angle. The overall objective of this case study is to propose a series of strategic measure for China Mobile,which is suitable for its construction of full-service operators,development of the service.the marketing strategy,the evolvement of value chain and some other aspects of China Mobile,on the basis of the analysis of and actual operational trend of China Mobile.
