Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study about female managers' advancement and identify some important factors that act as barriers of this progression. In this study researcher analyze three important issues that can be as a barrier such as the problems and responsibilities that female managers face in family environment,female negative stereotype and its impact on female managers job advancement.
