Abstract

This study is focused on the overall view of CIMB bank as commercial bank such as the organization background, vision, mission, corporate value and their achievement. This case study project alo analyzed the impact of the banking regulation by the Malaysia Central Bank taht will affect the operation of the CIMB bank.
