Abstract
This study investigates how Malaysians are involved in retirement planning preparation, the kinds of retirement planning behaviour that an individual will undertake, the degree of confidence and satisfaction an individual perceives during retirement, the idea of old age and the role that people expect government and employers to play in planning and funding the retirement.
