Abstract

To ensure comprehensive individual healthcare, it is essential to establish a sound healthcare system. Apart from providing high-quality healthcare services, this system prioritizes patient-centeredness and accessibility for all individuals. Proper support and care for healthcare professionals should be ensured while minimizing resource wastage. A wellfunctioning healthcare system should incorporate new technologies and innovations to enhance efficiency and deliver quality care. The confidentiality and careful handling of patient records and hospital data are of utmost importance. However, many hospitals still rely on traditional record-keeping methods, such as paper-based systems and physical files. This practice poses risks of record loss, whether due to factors like insect damage or unfortunate disasters. In addition, improper handling of records may allow unauthorized individuals to access sensitive information. Therefore, this paper aims to address the abovementioned issues by proposing a methodology to develop an effective e-healthcare management system. This research will integrate various modules, including medical user management, consultation appointment, medication stock management, bed management, staff directory, and vaccination appointment mechanisms that are beneficial for hospital management.
