Abstract

Many WSN applications are highly used in military surveillance, environment monitoring, health monitoring, industrial monitoring etc. SRAM is a key component of the processing system of sensor nodes. The design of energy efficient SRAM is an important requirement to enable further development of energy limited WSN. The energy efficient SRAM will be proposed for reliable implementations of sensor networks.
