Abstract

Objective • To investigate the effect of particle migration on the fluid flow and heat transfer of a nanofluids-cooled microchannel heat sink with porous medium approach. • To analyse the thermal characteristics of a microchannel heat sink subjected to asymmetrical thermal boundary conditions.
