Abstract

"1) In depth review of existing ELF-EMF cancer literature. i. Review existing literature of current progress of research. ii. Summarise findings reported by studies by systematic tabulation, comparison and categorization. iii. Summarise potential future research areas that enables more applications and uses for ELF-EMF on cancer disease. 2) ELF-EMF simulation of experimental setup and model cell samples. i. Conduct ELF-EMF simulations of model in-vitro setup with model cell lines ii. Propose to incorporate biothermodynamic principals into ELF-EMF exposure model Frequency of Resonance: represents the natural frequency of a cell necessary to maintain the non-equilibrium steady state. A schematic diagram depicting the changes in conversion of energy of target cells when exposed to specific ELF-EMF frequencies. 3) ELF-EMF exposure cellular activity studies with biochemical tests in lab. i. Proposed cellular activity biochemical studies: cell proliferation/viability, mitochondrial activity. Experimental Setup: Helmholtz Coil (Dual Circle coil spaced one radius apart for homogneous EMF exposure region in the middle between the coils.), In vitro Cell samples: 96 well plate, CO2 incubator."
