Abstract

Palm oil which is extracted from the fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of the palm tree is one of the biggest sources of revenue for Malaysia, contributing to 2.7% of the Malaysian gross domestic product (GDP) [1]. Optimising the steps involved in producing oil palm can further the positive effects of oil palm on Malaysia’s economy and the environment
