Abstract

Purpose of the study • To analyse the role of entrepreneurial traits towards entrepreneurial development program. • To examine whether the current entrepreneurial development programs mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and business performance of micro and small enterprises towards high-growth businesses. • To determine how the entrepreneurial development programs will contribute to the overall effectiveness of business and become the essential component of success. • To develop a framework which could transform Malaysian rural women entrepreneur’s businesses into a sustainable high-growth enterprises.
