Abstract

Financial technology products (FinTech) - is the modern financial tools that utilize technology to enhance the financial services and operations (Leong and Sung , 2018). • The intention for adopting financial technology by banking sector to meet the new changes in the business environment. • The success adoption of FinTech bargain different benefits to the organization (increases bank profitability, enhance bank performance, improve society and customer service level, and effectively manage risk behaviors) (Ky et al.,2019). • The environmental, technological and organizational effects on the adoption of financial technology. • The TOE framework and the DOI theory to understand how banks are adopting this technology.
