Abstract

Purpose of the study • This study attempts to investigate the relationship between work demands, task resources, interpersonal resources, leadership resources and lecturers emotional exhaustion. • The study attempts to investigate the interrelationship between work environment variables, work engagement and emotional exhaustion where the effects of work engagement are also assessed simultaneously using structural equation modeling.
