Abstract

Multi-agent system is developed using several intelligent agents where the agents interact and do reasoning similar to humans for making any hard decisions [1]. Blockchain technology is a decentralized distributed ledger that are connected using cryptography techniques [2]. The research is about integration of blockchain and multi-agent system for medical data mining. Research Motivation Medical data mining is a very serious problem where the medical datasets need to be used effectively to predict the disease of any unknown cases. The multi-agent system employs various artificial intelligence techniques to solve complicated data mining problem efficiently. Providing agent security is another research problem. A small interruption in the agent decision-making process can significantly change the outcomes. Blockchain technology can be used to provide agent security by recording the agent interaction. Integration of multi-agent system and blockchain technology can be supportable to medical data mining by providing accurate disease prediction from the trustable agents. Research Objectives • To design and develop an appropriate blockchain integrated multi-agent system for prediction of various diseases. • To test the performance of developed multi-agent system for medical data mining. • To test the performance of blockchain technology in providing agent security. Research Methodology • Different hybrid hierarchical fuzzy system [3] is built based on different machine learning algorithms. • The multi-agent learning system do prediction using an ensemble method where each agent is built with different hybrid hierarchical fuzzy system. • The blockchain is connected with the agents in such a way that the agent interact between each other through blockchain.
