Abstract

Due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, physical roadshows can be replaced by online roadshows (Leow et al., 2021). Online roadshow is similar to a physical roadshow, but in an online website form. In the roadshow, organisations can advertise their products or services. The advertising effectiveness of an online roadshow depends on user engagement (Calder et al., 2009). Web mining can be performed to evaluate the advertising effectiveness of the online roadshow. Web Usage Mining (WUM) analyses the user’s navigation behaviour on the website. Clustering techniques can be used to divide users into different groups based on their similar preferences and habits (Jafari et al., 2013).
