Abstract

For the d-type roughness structures, which contain trapped eddy, has very high possibility to trap the nanoparticles that enter the structure. A marching approach is used to start calculation from the inlet condition was used to track the nanoparticles motion. A small time step is used to predict the next location of the nanoparticles governing by the law of momentum conservation. Drag force and buoyancy force are considered for the calculation.
