Abstract

This short communication reports suspected technical errors in a widely–referred paper by Arvind Tiwari et al. [1], on the subject of performance of a photovoltaic thermal solar air collector. The suspected errors begin at the equations for calculating the temperature of the air and the temperature of the outlet air. These errors may have a significant effect on the collector efficiency. The corrected equations are suggested.
