Abstract

The hyper competitiveness of the global economy has brought a consensus on the importance of organisational knowledge as a basis of competition. Knowledge management has become a hotly discussed topic among the academia as well as in the corporate world worldwide. This research study focuses on the importance of human resource attitude and organisational support for knowledge management. It explore knowledge management implementation, which is perceived as the way for competitive advantage creation in Malaysian Electronic Business organisation towards globalisation.
