Abstract

Being an entrepreneur is one of the preferred choice amongst many graduates. Thus, many colleges and university in Malaysia offers the entrepreneurship program in their syllabus to encourage the number of entrepreneur in Malaysia. Motivation and orientation appears as one of the most important elements in the education field to achieving student’s attitude to achieve the goals, especially in this study in the matter of student’s attitude to become an entrepreneur. This research aims to assess the relationship between Entrepreneurial Motivation (intrinsically and extrinsically) and Entrepreneurial Attitude with Entrepreneurial Orientation (Integrative and Instrumental) as the mediating factor. This research also attempts to fill up the gaps in the literature regarding the Entrepreneurial Orientation by dividing the Entrepreneurial Orientation to Entrepreneurial Integrative Orientation and Entrepreneurial Instrumental Orientation.
