Abstract

This paper presents a study of evolutionary optimization for customer satisfaction. Multiobjective optimization using Genetic Algorithm (MOGA) in MATLAB application package is used to solve the problems. Results indicate that the genetic algorithm optimization approach is flexible in application and extremely reliable,providing optimal results for all optimization problem attempted.
