Abstract

This research was implemented to study the relationship between three independent variables (Current Leadership Style,Organizational Culture,and Participative Leadership Style) and two moderating factors (Gender of Managers and Workplace Cities) and one dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction). The target population for this study was the employees in the semiconductor sector in Penang and Kuala Lumpur.
