Abstract

This paper aim to examine the factors that influence the use of hedging in Malaysian Public Listed Companies (PLCs). This study finds that there is a significant relationship between use of hedging and firm specific characteristics. It is expected that this study will have significant implication to improve the corporate governance within the perspective of agency theory.
