Abstract

In the last few decades, carbon nanomaterials with zerodimensional, one-dimensional, and two-dimensional (carbon nanotubes, graphene, nanodiamond, etc.) attracted much attention. 1 This project will much more focus on nanodiamond and the synthesis is complicated, and nanoparticles tends to aggregate easily, so a dispersion method is considered avoiding the aggregation. This project will introduce a method of synthesis of nanodiamonds and dispersing method. Here, we also present an extensive review of carbon nanomaterials (CNT, nanodiamond) in organic optoelectronic such as organic light-emitting diode and organic photovoltaic.
