Purpose of the study • To examine the relationship between job stress and psychological well-being among academics in higher education institutions. • To examine the roles of social support as a mediator on the relationships between job stress and psychological well-being among academics in higher education institutions. • To examine the difference in academics’ psychological well-being between Public and Private higher education institutions.
