Abstract

Purpose of study - For many business leaders, little is known how team resilience in the hybrid work could be achieved by the emotional intelligence of leaders. (Hartwig et al. 2020). - The great resignation talent war, post Covid-19 has increased the significance of emphathetic leadership as an important trait (Brower, 2022). - The study attempts to explore the effect emphathetic leadership on the team resilience by examining the mediation of job embeddedness in hybrid work setting.
