Abstract

Purpose of the study • To develop a conceptual framework based on the literature on self-reflection theory, social cognitive theory, well-being, self-awareness theory and leadership effectiveness. • To evaluate the relationship between self-reflection and female leaders’ self-perceived leadership effectiveness among female leaders at all organizational levels in the manufacturing industry of Malaysia.
